I've received a faulty product. What Should i do?
We are dedicated to offering high-quality products, and we understand that occasionally a product may have a defect. If you encounter an issue, please reach out to us via email with a description of the problem and include photos. We may be able to assist you further. If we are unable to resolve the issue quickly, we will provide instructions on how to return the item to us. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date
I've changed my mind about a product. Can I exchange it?
We accept returns for items that are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging. If you'd like to exchange the product, you can return it within 7 days of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any additional delivery fees for the new item. The return period is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
