What are the shipping/processing times?
All of our products are in stock in Malaysia (Klang Valley) and are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that during certain festive periods, there may be slight delays, but this will usually be stated on the announcement bar on the top of our main page. Nonetheless, we will strive to guarantee that your order is shipped promptly.
What are the shipping fees?
Please take note that the following prices may vary by a few RM, depending on the delivery provider.
Peninsular Malaysia
Within 1kg: RM 10.00
1 to 6.5Kg: RM 15.00
6.5 to 10Kg: RM 20.00
10 to 15Kg: RM 35.00
East Malaysia
Under 1kg: RM 18.00
1-2Kg: RM 30.00
2-3Kg: RM 45.00
3-4Kg: RM 55.00
Singapore
Within 1Kg: RM 25.00
1 to 2Kg: RM 35.00
2 to 3Kg: RM 45.00
4 to 6Kg: RM 60.00
Is Free Shipping Available?
Shipping is FREE within Peninsular Malaysia for all orders over RM 150.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Under normal non-peak/non-festive seasons, orders will arrive as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia : Ships next day / Delivery within 3-5 Working Days
- East Malaysia: Ships next day / Delivery within 10 Working Days
- Singapore: Ships next day / Delivery within 5 Working Days
Do you ship overseas?
Sorry, we currently only deliver to addresses in Peninsular & East Malaysia and Singapore . We do not ship internationally. If you do have an enquiry about your location, please do drop us an email and we can see if it can be done on a case-by-case basis.
Can my order be shipped to a business address?
Yes, but ideally your address field should contain the business name, so the delivery provider gets the right place!
Is Self Pickup Available?
We do not provide Self Pick Up services at this point in time.
